Description

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret Clearance is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist USARCENT in the deployment, sustainment, or maintenance of the Army and DoD’s suite of financial and business management systems throughout the theater, develop deployment plan, analyze sequence, and offer recommendations for transitioning to the systems and supporting the implementation of the systems after development.
Provide unique data queries from financial systems to support financial reporting needs and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain a help desk across the USARCENT AOR to include CONUS and Southwest Asia locations and maintain a log of issues and Subject Matter Expert (SME) tasking to resolve issues
Research questions using a variety of manuals or resources and work the COR and Functional Representatives to resolve issues
Respond to inquiries using appropriate communication medium
Provide support for data integrity verification and validate transactions in RMT and appropriate Army accounting system of record
Requirements:
3-5 years of working experience deploying, maintaining, or using one or more of the following systems: Procure-to-Pay Systems, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF),
Electronic Document Management (EDM), Deployable Disbursing System (DDS), International Treasury Services (ITS), Standard Procurement System (SPS),
Commercial Accounts Payment System-Clipper (CAPS-C), RMT, ODS, Defense Travel System (DTS), Cashlink, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS), and Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS)
