Responsibilities:
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance required.
Collect and analyze data to assist with formulating and developing acceptable solutions in support of the customer/mission. Establish practical office practices to include effective work flow technique and sequence of operations to improve expediency of internal personnel administrative procedures. Develop and interpret information and utilize other optimizing methods that support management and the customer with decision making and policy formulation. Interface with the customer and other logistic and human resource entities on daily basis for life support, (housing, meal cards and mail) training, (flight line driving, flight line safety, flight line security, fire warden, escort and authorized user course), badging (CAC, ODIN and flight line), read-ons, send daily DSR to ODIN CMD and Site Lead/PM, Semi-yearly Vehicle registration, Vehicle turn-in for maintenance, coordinate transportation for inbound/outbound personnel, parts movement via CSS flights, maintain and submit CDRL D001, record keeping and serves as the point of contact for customer relations.
Qualifications:
DoD SECRET security clearance required.
Bachelor's Degree or 5 additional years of relevant experience will substitute for degree.
5 years of experience.
