Job Summary
AECOM has an exciting opportunity as a RTCH Mechanic in afghanistan on the MOSC-A contract. The RTCH Mechanic performs a full range of repair and service on RTCH/CHE equipment at the Organizational and Direct Support (DS) level of maintenance Must have the working knowledge to service all hydraulic components to include axle assemblies and lift cylinders Ensures that safety and environmental policies and guidelines are followed without exception. Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Must have the following knowledge on RTCH/CHE equipment in trouble shooting Composite Can/Bus networks, top handler gear motors; brake and steering accumulators; parking brakes and bogie wheel assemblies; cab tracks and locking bars; top handler; pinion and ring gear
High school diploma or equivalent required.
4 years of wheeled vehicle maintenance experience at the DS and GS levels required.
Requires a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation and team work.
Driver’s license required.
Must have active NACI.
Preferred Qualifications
RTCH/CHE certification preferred.
