Field Service Analyst, Journeyman

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Team member providing Overseas Contingency Operations ISR support to the Government
• Experience working on Legacy Army ISR systems - certification desired
• Perform routine system maintenance and computer system administrative functions and perform analysis of system operations
• Has knowledge of, and is capable of using, operating systems and database management systems

• Performs analysis of system operations
• Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral device

Qualifications
• Bachleors Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline) and 5 years of experience OR 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree
• Ability to learn hardware setup and teardown procedures
• Will be required to create equipment inventories and document results using Microsoft Office products
• Training Background required
• Team player
• Familiar with AMC / CECOM / SEC policies, procedures and workforce (Preferred)
• Completion of a U.S. Military Service Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) or Senior NCO Academy Course and/or Officer Basic or Advanced Course (preferred)
• May perform other duties as assigned

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Position requires the ability to temporary assignments (TDY) at other locations both CONUS and OCONUS
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
