Responsibilities:
Provides integration and training of the Unit
Level Logistics System-Aviation (Enhanced) (ULLS-A(E)) onto the CH-47
platform. Supports the necessary system hardware setup,
integration/induction activities, conducts system performance
requirements, verification in preparation for training functions,
performs software integration and sustainment, performs analysis to
address the entire spectrum of ULLS-A(E) performance as applied to
military air operations. This specifically includes verifying the
ability to use the ULLS-A(E) for automation of aircraft forms and
records required for the CH-47 aircraft.
Prepares
appropriate presentations and status reports for review and documents
the analysis, findings, test results and data. Participates in working
groups, IPTs, and technical discussions by providing technical inputs,
subject matter expertise, and presentations. Maintain currency in
aviation and supply policies and procedures and how they relate to
ULLS-A (E). Create Programs of Instruction (POI) for all software
changes as required.
Quickly
develop into an ULLS-A (E) program subject matter expert (SME) to
provide individual and group sustainment support to customers. Interface
with all levels of military and civilian personnel supporting the Army
Aviation community. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to
50 pounds.
This position requires extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations for long periods.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in related discipline plus twelve
(12) years of related aviation experience; or Bachelor’s degree in
related discipline plus fourteen (14) years of related aviation
experience; or HS/GED plus seventeen (17) years of related aviation
experience. ULLS-A (E) Database Administrator experience is desirable.
Must
have considerable working knowledge of the ULLS-A (E) Program. Unit
Database Administrator experience is a plus. Experience is required in
writing technical reports and providing instruction, presentations and
demonstrations to customers. Must have thorough understanding of basic
computer operations with working knowledge of MS Windows, Power Point,
Database Management, Sequel, Adobe, and MS Windows. Must have the
ability to read and interpret aviation management terms and phrases and
write clear and well organized correspondence.
Required
to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance while
performing duties under this contract. Must be eligible to obtain a
passport for overseas travel.
