Job Description: Red Gate Group seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as a Counterintelligence Specialist at the Expert Level to support a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT),
Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. Counterintelligence Specialists shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities: The Counterintelligence Specialist will provide operational guidance to ensure identification of counterintelligence issues to protect the client's personnel and facilities both CONUS and OCONUS. These personnel will provide briefings to senior customer officials. The Counterintelligence Specialist will work as part of a team including company personnel, multiple contractor personnel, and detailed members from other US national security organizations. They must be proficient with client procedures and regulations.

  • Must have previously completed advance targeting/CDE courses or Joint Targeting School
  • Understand targeting methodology and possess a working knowledge of JP3_60, Joint Targeting, CJCSI 3505-01
  • Possess a working knowledge of the following tools: Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS), Collateral Damage Estimation (DCiDE), Fast Integrated Structure Tool (FIST), Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), National Imagery Transmission Format (NITF), and Precision Point Mensuration (PPM).
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing skills.
  • Demonstrate competency in a broad variety of word processing programs, enabling preparation of complex graphs, tables, and narrative material.
  • Computer literate
  • Willing and able to travel to CONUS and austere OCONUS locations
  • Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
  • Former military experience is highly desirable.
Job RequirementsThe Counterintelligence Specialist at the Expert Level shall possess the following qualifications: 
  • Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with five years of operational experience with support to SOF operations. 
  • Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. 
  • Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience. 
  • Candidates must have demonstrated experience in counter intelligence operations and reporting. 
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. 
  • Current Top Secret and SCI eligible. 
  • Must possess a valid U.S. passport. 
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable. 
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
