Location: Arlington, VA
The Site Manager is responsible for overall performance of the RMC contract.
Is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Is responsible for managing all RMC personnel, equipment, and tasks
Will interface with the COR as the direct representative of the Contractor
Will provide security advice and expertise to the installation’s APPF and DOD leadership
Will supervise the administration of on-site training, and advising and mentoring of the APPF guard force
Expected to be on site a minimum of 12 hours per day as coordinated with the COR and shall be responsible for the oversight of the Contractor personnel’s operations 24 hours a day QUALIFICATIONS - The Site Manager shall possess the following qualifications:
Must be fluent in conversational English and be able to read and write English
Must be an expert in security, risk assessment and management of security operations, and be able to provide security advice and expertise to the installation’s APPF and DOD leadership
Must have US, NATO or ISAF (not Afghan forces) military experience, and at a minimum, possess at least an “active SECRET” clearance
Must be a citizen or expat of the U.S.
Must possess a military, police or security background of not less than ten (10) years or equivalent training
Must have at least three (3) years experience managing/supervising security operations
Must be qualified on primary weapon calibers – 9mm, 5.56mm, and 7.62mm
RMC personnel MUST be male due to the nature of working with Afghan males
