Ideal Innovations Inc. is seeking vehicle mechanics to integrate with and assist onsite Maintenance Officers, or other designated Government/Military Officials, to perform operator (crew) maintenance and provide field and sustainment level maintenance to include diagnostics and repair of vehicles.

Duties, tasks and responsibilities:
• Have access, as provided by the Government, use of common tool sets, Technical Manuals (TMs), and test equipment.
• Provide assistance in failure diagnosis.
• Assist in incorporation of Government approved engineering changes and retrofits to serialized, fielded MRAP FoVs, as necessary.
• Provide maintenance, supply, warranty, and quality deficiency information to the lead FSR for reporting purposes.
• Be proficient in troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct/assist unit personnel in operator and maintenance procedures at field site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site manager or lead.

Requirements:
• Four plus years vehicle maintenance required (heavy equipment preferred). Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
• Maintenance support experience- operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance, and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
• Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters.
• Secret clearance.
