Ideal Innovations Inc. is seeking an All-Source BEI Research Analyst with the following experience:
• Provide all-source BEI research, analysis, and production to fulfill supported military unit requirements
• Generate and submit biometric-enabled watchlist nominations regarding persons of interest
• Coordinate with external organizations and the NGIC BIP to provide support to C-IED requirements
• Provide BEI training to military personnel as needed
• Provide BEI capability briefings to military officers and visiting senior leaders as needed
Requirements
• A minimum of three years of all-source intelligence research, analysis, and production experience within the past five years
• A minimum of one year of experience providing intelligence support regarding C-IED issues within Afghanistan
• A minimum of one year of all-source BEI experience, preferably with multiple modalities
• Prior active duty military experience
• A minimum of one prior deployment (in a military or civilian capacity) to Iraq or Afghanistan
• Full proficiency with standard all-source intelligence research tools such as: Pathfinder / TRAX, Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A) applications such as Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, and / or Google Earth (proficiency with all of the listed systems is preferred but not required)
• A minimum of one year of experience using BIR / BI2R
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
