Job Summary
Administer, score, log, and disseminate psychological tests given in support of the Assessment and Evaluation Branch (AEB) program.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for scheduling tests and activities, interacting with applicants in individual and group formats, interacting with applicants, customers, and clinicians in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsible for maintaining adequate supplies of testing materials in a secure manner.
Responsible for maintaining and updating databases, compiling, and archiving files.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Administration - Test results are time-sensitive and critical to the AEB decision-making process. Personnel must utilize a wide range of clinical vocational instruments to score groups and individuals, and require adherence to standardized procedures to ensure the validity of results.
Scoring - Personnel must be accurate and require competence in the use of scanning equipment and other computer technology. Some tests will require hand-scoring templates.
Logging Tests - Personnel must be complete and efficient when recording the psychological tests in the database system.
Dissemination - Personnel must be prompt and accurate in the distribution of psychological tests.


Applicant selected will be subject to a goverment security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for TS/SCI w/Polygraph Level Security Clearance for access to classied information.
