PAE is currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support an exciting new mission in support of AFISMA.
The Logistics Supervisor will:
Develop strategic and tactical plans for the efficient operations of the Logistics group.
Oversee the integration of lessons learned to continuously improve competitive position
Plan, manage, and deliver logistical support for a government contract in remote and austere conditions.
Coordinate supply/procurement efforts (to include property control/inventory management).
Oversee air and ground transport operations, the operation of other detachments and related operations in personnel deployment, procurement/supply operations, and inter-governmental relations.
Qualifications:

BS/BA degree required.
Degrees with transportation or material management emphasis are preferred.
Experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
A Minimum of 8 years experience in managing complex logistics operations in remote and austere environments is required.
Experience must include the management of air and ground transportation, supply/procurement activities, property control and inventory management.
A minimum of 4 years leadership experience and the ability to develop and effectively manage diverse teams that are distributed across several geographic locations is required.
Must have solid analytical skills.
Must be possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and French.
Must possess the mental and physical powers to excel under harsh environmental conditions and demanding expectations for accomplishing a myriad of complicated and challenging tasks simultaneously and with tight deadlines.
Must be willing to live and work in remote and austere conditions including tented accomodations.
