Capstone Corporation’s Integrated Enterprise Services (IES) Business Unit is currently seeking qualified individuals to serve as Phoenix Group Special Forces Subject Matter Experts to design, plan, and deliver world-class, constructive, virtual and live training exercises to defense, government, law enforcement, and civilian business organizations.

Capstone Corporation’s Integrated Enterprise Services (IES) Business Unit is currently seeking qualified individuals to serve as Phoenix Group Special Forces Subject Matter Experts to design, plan, and deliver world-class, constructive, virtual and live training exercises to defense, government, law enforcement, and civilian business organizations.

Responsibilities:
Integrates USSOCOM doctrinal knowledge, mission analysis, Program of Instruction (POI) development, curriculum design, and evaluation criteria into SOF exercises.
Prepares, coordinates and delivers professionally researched and prepared Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) documentation (i.e., exercise manning document;scenario storylines, script writing, master scenario event list, infrastructure construction and orders) for Joint Special Operations exercises.
Builds custom tailored exercise scenarios for Joint Special Forces Operational and Intelligence training events for multiple operational environments and risk levels.
Conducts detailed planning consultation for and packaging of all required elements and modules of special operations and intelligence training into a seamless, professional and relevant exercise program.
Develops, synchronizes and executes specialized scenarios such as Elicitation and Counter-Elicitation events, Biometrics collection, and Primary/SecondaryQuestioning events.
Serves on JELC Planning Conferences, Exercise Syndicates, or as part of Observer/Trainer (O/T) or HICON/Response Cells of the Exercise Control Group (ECG) for a LVCG exercise.
Assists in determining and overseeing the synchronization of scenario execution.
Collects, assembles and analyzes inputs from exercise and training events.
Provides USSOCOM doctrinal expertise in support of SOF operational exercises.
Reviews data collected proceeding, during, and following experiments and exercises to identify trends and inconsistencies with doctrine and to develop combat development feedback.
Provides doctrinal, analytical, fiscal planning, and operational scheduling expertise.
Synthesizes and analyzes information inputs to evaluate the completion of mission tasks and achievement of exercise objectives.
Develops, coordinates and delivers training programs for SOF units.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum experience and education:
Ten (10) years of Special Operations experience, with recent operations within the last six months at the company level or higher.
Experienced U.S Army Military Occupational Specialty/Branch of 18 series Special Forces Officer/Warrant Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer.
Minimum qualifications:
Understanding of the roles and missions of Joint Special Operations and Theater Special Operations Commands.
Capable of providing detailed daily evaluation/observations on all aspects of Special Operations including, but not limited to, Foreign Internal Defense, Special Reconnaissance, and Direct Action.
Experience operating with Microsoft Office software to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Must be capable of travel worldwide in support of exercise requirements.
Must be able to work under field conditions and various climates as required.
Must be able to work up to 13 hours per day/night during exercise execution if required.
Must be able to acquire a passport and visas for country(s)required.
Must be capable of sitting for extended periods of time, working at the computer viewing the screens and typing, communicating on the phone, standing, and lifting up to approximately 30 lbs.
Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance, as required by assigned task.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as an O/T in an exercise at the company team or higher level.
Experience using, operating, or designing an exercise SharePoint site.
Knowledge of and experience in JSO TTPs.
