Position Description:
Compass Systems, Inc. is seeking candidates for the following full-time UAV positions for overseas deployment: UAV Maintenance Technicians: Applicants should be familiar with large-scale wooden and composite aircraft construction, small petrol engine maintenance and tuning, and general electronic systems troubleshooting. UAV Payload Operators: Payload sensor/ camera experience. Previous experience with Hunter/Shadow/Predator a plus. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Operators: Requirements include at least 1-year Radio Controlled (RC) experience with airplanes, preferably Giant Scale; ability to maneuver an air vehicle using flight controls such as rudders and elevators. The ideal candidate will have actual experience flying UAVs including takeoff and landing, and will possess a pilot license. Candidates must be US citizens and possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. All positions will require travel outside the continental United States (OCONUS) for 3-4 month rotations. Travel will also be required for training inside the CONUS. Premium compensation paid for OCONUS deployment.
