Position Description:
The Imagery Analyst will research, assess, integrate, manipulate, exploit, extract and analyze NRT (Near Real Time) full motion video in support of counter-IED operations in OEF.  They will also be responsible for forensic imagery exploitation and analysis of near full motion video to identify anomalies associated with vehicle activity. Must be able to interpret near full motion video by forward- and back-tracking vehicles, determining patterns of life, make correlations between events and vehicles, create intelligence products via MS PowerPoint, post products to a dedicated web server, enter products as a shape file into an ArcGIS geo-database, and provide written analysis to accompany vehicle tracks.
Additionally, duties will require the following:
* Producing timely, accurate and actionable intelligence products.
* Coordinating the development of intelligence products with the RFI manager and/or LNO familiar with the RFI(s) to ensure the customerâs expectations are being met.
* Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), in the intelligence exploitation processes and associated Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
* Coordinating and interacting with service analysts from component, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies.
* Advising the Lead Analyst of intelligence on issues and challenges as appropriate to include supporting targeting, information operations and 24/7 operations in theater.
* May be required to support operational or sustainment tasks unrelated to the above job description.

Basic Qualifications:
* Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the intelligence field; 3 of those years must include imagery analysis. (Required). Â
* Active Secret security clearance (Required).
* Formal training in an intelligence discipline such as an imagery, all source or geospatial intelligence analyst is required. (Required).
Qualifications:
The following experience/qualifications are highly desirable and are a definite plus:
* Must have experience with ArcGIS and ability to work with FalconView, access data from the CIDNE web database, maintain an event track log in ArcGIS, and meet all RFI due dates.Â
* Must be proficient with standard MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Must have experience in one or more of the following: C2PC, Analyst Notebook, FalconView, M3, Orion Magic, ArcGIS, ArcView, Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE) web database, query report data bases (i.e., Pathfinder, Query Tree, and M3), and Pathfinder.
* Experience with the following is beneficial and highly desired:
* Link analysis, message traffic analysis, traffic pattern analysis and trend analysis and with production of intelligence reports and summaries in both graphical and textual forms.
* Targeting and/or expertise in the production of intelligence reports both graphical and textual formats and support products (incident studies, target packages, raid packages, and other special products.)
* Analyst Control Elements (ACE) or positions within the military supporting analysis and fusion is also desirable.
* Military, tactical experience in support of ground operations and especially OIF or OEF deployed experience.
* Geographic Information System (GIS)
* Associate degree desired; Bachelor degree preferred.
