Role Player Support Services (RPSS) Supervisor
Location: Columbus, OH Type: Full time
Position Description Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for qualified and motivated Role Player Supervisor, responsible for the overall day-to-day management of role players in support of the ATLAS Role Player Support Services (RPSS) project.

Roles/Responsibilities • Serves as the immediate supervisor for all Role Player personnel
• Effectively utilizes each Role Player personnel to his/her fullest potential and motivates all Role Players to work together in the most efficient manner
• Responsible for ensuring the role players are briefed and rehearsed on the training scenario
• Keeps track of lessons learned and disseminates all information with Role Player personnel
• Mitigates Role Player personnel conflict and communication problems
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Responsible for scheduling the correct amount of Role Player Personnel for events
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Assists Project Manager in all duties for Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) and National Explosives Detection Canine Training Program (NEDCTP) training programs
• Effectively applies FAMS, FFDO, and NEDCTP training methodology and enforces project standards
• Tracks and reports all man-hours worked and expenses on a monthly basis
• Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) and National Explosives Detection Canine Training Program (NEDCTP) training
• Effectively applies FAMS, FFDO, and NEDCTP training methodology and enforces project standards to the contracting employees assigned to this requirement
• Manages day-to-day FAMS, FFDO, and NEDCTP interaction and ultimately develops professional relationships with FAMS, FFDO, and NEDCTP instructor staff
Minimum Qualifications • US Military post-9/11 service period honorably discharged veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
• No record or conviction of drug abuse/involvement or alcohol abuse
• No criminal record, except minor traffic offenses. Minor traffic offenses to not include driving under the influence.
• No conviction of a felony/misdemeanor crime or domestic violence
• Must receive a favorable “eligibility of determination” suitability check through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Personnel Security (PerSec).
• Strong critical thinking skills and adept at creative and efficient problem-solving
• Interface positively with customer and role players to affect problem-resolution
• Self-confidence and able to react to problems effectively and defend actions cooperatively
• Able to work non-standard business hours when required
• Willingness to travel with minimal advance notice
• Strong interpersonal skills and capable of effective and professional communication to contract personnel and other business entities
• Loyal with a strong desire to be part of a close crew of experienced military, prior service and non-military teammates
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Proficient in standard office applications
