The position of the Regional Service Manager plays a key role in providing support to L-3 STRATIS‘ customers,. The primary objective of this role is Ensuring customer satisfaction with L-3 processes and, understanding the customers’ needs, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, and looking for opportunities for further L-3 STRATISbusinessThe candidate needs to be a strong problem solver, able to manage time and efforts, be a keen learner, be comfortable working both independently and with cross-departmental teams, and have good communication skills. They should have wide knowledge of technologies. They should also be able to handle in depth technical discussions and will be expected to play a leading role in problem resolution from both a technical and general viewpoint
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Manage the customer relationship for an identified customer base:
I) Build strong relationships with customers’ personnel across several levels of organization
II) Become knowledgeable about the customers’ operating goals and strategies, and how L-3 services fit or could fit into these,
III) Oversee customer interactions with L-3
Visit customers’ sites regularly for in-depth discussions and consultation on current operations, potential improvements in operations, other discussions on issues.
Proactively engage customers to obtain and/or review operating data to enable value added support.
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
3 years of experience in intelligence operations in Iraq
Minimum of SECRET clearance, TS/SCI preferred
Additional Candidate Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and customers concurrently.
Effective presentation skills.
Good computer software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
