Job Description
G4S Secure Solutions USA , a leader in the contract security services industry, has an immediate need for a Manager, Global Account Operations located Schaumburg, Illinois.
The Manager, Global Account Operations is responsible for the provision of a global security program for a strategic customer on behalf of G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. with the objective of providing direction and leadership for contracted services including guarding, receptionist, switchboard operations, patrol services, and other security solutions. This position oversees global operations and is also responsible for client service, problem resolution, and service delivery monitoring and enhancements. While the customer is US-based, overall operations extend throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.
We are seeking a high energy individual with a proven track record of successfully managing complex and varied business operations. The selected individual must be able to communicate effectively with client personnel, administrative, corporate and field management staff.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet all of the following Basic Qualifications :
Associate degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Business or a closely-related major
A minimum of ten years of management experience in the security industry with a combination of account administration and operations
Prior successful experience dealing at the highest levels of customer organizations
Prior operational experience supporting customers across multiple countries
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States and internationally (up to 50% annually)
Other Qualifications that may increase your potential for selection:
American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) designation
Prior management experience in a multi-country environment
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Business or a closely-related field
