The candidate will provide executive support for JIOC Korea senior leadership on the duties below.

Specific duties shall include:
Work closely with the Government customer to ensure that Overseas Tour Management is coordinated with regard to projected move/transition from USAG Yongsan to USAG Humphreys. Directly work for the customer on all matters as they pertain to; Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowances, advance pay, miscellaneous expense allowances, and LQA authorization pertaining to the move.
Coordinating with the customer as to identifying who and when in-bound personnel should be diverted to Camp Humphreys (based upon mission and skill set) vice assignment to Seoul, South Korea.
Attend all working group meetings at the HQs as well as serving on all Joint Working Groups located in both Area II & Area III. Must be willing and able to travel (TDY) to promote USFK J2 Force Modernization issues (DIA HQ's, Area III, etc.).
Track and monitor individual employee statistics relating to move/transition from USAG Yongsan to USAG Humphreys, to include civil service, military (active and reserve), and contract employees. For civil service employees and military members, this may include tracking familial situation and needs (such as the number of employees needing access to age-specific educational facilities or employees with a special-needs family member requiring co-location to appropriate medical or care facility in so far as it relates to re-assignment as part of the move/transition from USAG Yongsan to USAG Humphreys).
Serve as the SME and editor for all personnel related documents, regulations, and instructions published related to civilian movement.

Qualifications:

Ten (10) years of specialized administrative support experience at a senior level DoD level in preparation, crafting, and editing executive-level and technical correspondence, summaries, guidance and other documents.
Must be proficient using the MS Office Suite of applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Access.
Must be familiar with government DTS.
Must be familiar with government time keeping processes.

Security Clearance: TS
Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI
Polygraph: Must successful pass a CI Poly within 90-days of employment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but can be waivered with additional experience

Expert MS Office Skills
Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology
