Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Summary:
The TL is not a team member. The TL will serve as the project manager for business, finance, and program management of Task Order. The TL is responsible for program planning, management, review, oversight, and execution of the statement of work. They will develop training schedules, records, and risk management reviews in coordination with the customer.


Responsibilities
Provide monthly reports, cost expenditures, training status, and equipment status as required. Ensure TTPs, SOPs, and POIs for all TSG mission sets are current. Responsible for all programmatic administration requirements to include training course registration, training, monitoring, and closing of support contract such as Wide Area Workflow, SPOTS and/or CPARS. Ensure established regulations, policies, and standards are met and enforced.
Ensure team members are deployable, trained and qualified, and meet all government security and safety requirements to support the TSG mission.
Responsible for all of the personnel actions of contractor personnel under this contract, to include new hires, replacements, recruit, retain, and surge.
Monitor lesson plans, training scenarios, and preparation for exercises for apportioned forces and ensure contractor personnel understand and train in accordance with TSG TTPs and SOPs. Monitor contractor personnel proficiency in instructing all portions of the TSG POIs and ensure team training follows the critical task list and the guidance of the customer.
Responsible for all Statement of Work deliverables, objectives, CDRLs, providing monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, and reporting of any substantive slippage or effect on cost, schedule, performance, and status of personnel readiness.
Provide independent analysis of program status and provides written reports and presentations for program reviews.
Ensure all overseas contractor personnel (whether permanently assigned and/or temporary status) meet the Status of Forces Agreement/ Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) and any other country specific requirements and comply with the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker system.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications/Experience

Valid US Passport and driver’s license.
Must have Active Top Secret Clearance
Experienced Program Manager for contracts involving deployed personnel in harsh environments.
Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office software applications.
Proficient in financial accounting, financial reporting and cost analysis.
Knowledgeable in budget development and fiscal management.

Required Education/Certifications
Graduate of a Contracting Officer’s Representative Course (COR) and maintain COR qualifications.
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level II Certification in Program Management or equivalent.
