Minimum Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 10 years of demonstrated experience in material/inventory management operations at the Fleet and waterfront level.
• Must have 6 years of demonstrated experience in managing a material distribution facility.
• Must have 4 years of demonstrated experience in managing/supervising warehouse staff.
• Federal/DoD Supply system material identification and labeling requirements.
• Material packaging, handling, storage & transportation (PHS&T) requirements, processes, and procedures.
• Federal/DoD material disposal processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience managing military unique equipment such as CBRD, or installed communications equipment or IT equipment.
• Current fork truck operator’s license.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Duties (Representative)
Responsible for work schedule planning and sequence of operations, including placement of material depending on the destination of material. Establishes deadlines and priorities and determines required skills, materials, and equipment required. Instructs subordinates on new procedures or methods and provides assistance on difficult or new problems areas. Reviews work in progress and on completion. Performs the non-supervisory work of the function as needed. Implements regulatory safety requirements and ensures that subordinates wear appropriate safety equipment and follow pertinent safety precautions. Prepares for and participates in various types of readiness evaluations, inspections, mobilization, and command support exercises.
Specialized Experience (Desired)
• Experience with warehouse management using CMLS.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CUSTOMER STAFFING NEEDS AND SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS.
Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for overall supply operations at work site level including receiving, storage, requisitioning, issue and accountability of all items required in support of work site maintenance effort. Supervised by Site Manager or site Supply Technician.
Essential Responsibilities:
1) Oversees receiving operations and ensures that all requirements for inspection and accountability are maintained.
2) Manages all storage operations to include warehouse configurations, locator identification systems, and material handling operations.
3) Manages requisitioning of all parts and materials required to support work site maintenance operation.
4) Establishes physical inventory procedures and schedules. Inventories are to be conducted in accordance with requirements of applicable task order regulations.
5) Manages all Government Furnished Equipment/Property issue in support of contract.
6) May supervise supply team consisting of Supply Technicians, Supply Clerks, and Shipping and Receiving Clerks.
7) Maintains statistical database for all supply transactions in order to measure effectiveness of the supply operation.
