Job Description
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Security for PepsiCo -Chicago (Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade Businesses).
The Manager for Corporate Security is responsible for assisting the Director of Security develop proactive Security strategies to protect PepsiCo – Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade Employees, Assets and Brand in
North America and Canada by helping to identify, develop, implement and maintain Security Processes, Protocols and Programs to reduce risk, respond to incidents, and limit exposure.

This includes managing the operations of the contract security provider at the corporate office in Chicago and interacting with national account managers to insure best in class physical and technical Security services at all Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade manufacturing and warehouse locations.
The selected candidate will conduct Internal and External Investigations involving Code of Conduct violations, Product Theft and Tampering, Facility Security Breaches and Work Place Violence. Additionally, the candidate will conduct vulnerability assessments and help champion PepsiCo’s Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Workplace violence programs. Qualifications:
This position will require independent, mature, application of investigative experience and skill, 10-15 years experience in Law Enforcement, Corporate Security or Military, with experience in conducting criminal investigations, interviewing, and decision making are preferred.
A proven record of strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and leadership.
Three to five years in a corporate setting and Spanish speaking are a plus.
Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time.
