Job Description:
URS Corporation is looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team in Cleveland, OH, to support OCONUS programs.
The PM will be the supervisor for all shop leads including the Power Plant, High Voltage and Ground Power shops.

Position Description:
• Manage and supervise day to day operations including maintenance and operation of generators and high voltage distribution systems, consisting of generators from 5 to 1200 kilowatts and high voltage distribution systems ranging from 5kv to 15kv at 60Hz/50Hz operations.
• The Site Manager will be responsible for the work of building Engineers, shop leads, electricians and contractors.
• Single point of responsibility to 379 ECES, on-site customer and to URS home office management for performance under this contract.
• Performs the leadership duties of the overall project supervisor / superintendent to make optimum utilization of employees, equipment and material.

Other Specific duties:
• Monitors and controls budgets and expenditures, in support of the operations and maintenance department requirements
• Supervise the preparation and monitoring of the timekeeping and payroll functions for personnel reporting to this position
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of maintenance of records, corrective action reports, and other personnel documentation for technical adequacy and consistency.
• Perform within Company policies and procedures, and assure consistency in applying Company policies.

Position Requirements: 
***Active Secret Clearance Level required.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the management, maintenance and operation of generators and high voltage distribution systems, consisting of generators from 5 to 1200 kilowatts and high voltage distribution systems ranging from 5kv to 15kv at 60Hz/50Hz operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; or possess a Master Electrical or Mechanical license; or possess the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience demonstrating skill performing and/or leading maintenance operation and/or maintenance projects for high and medium voltage equipment and distribution systems
• Experience maintaining BAK-12 and BAK-14 Aircraft Arresting Systems is desired

Preferred Skill / Competency
• Experience demonstrating skill supervising others to include conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback and coaching.
• Experience demonstrating skill monitoring and/or adhering to capital or O&M budgets.
Experience demonstrating skill making recommendations on Capital/O&M projects (e.g., budgeting, design services, estimating etc.).
