Responsibilities:
The FN Recruiter role is a professional position within the Human Resources department primarily based at PAE’s initial Task Order (TO) location, the US Baghdad Embassy Complex (BEC), in Baghdad, Iraq and will be associated with the Program Management Office (PMO). A successful recruiter in this position will perform and manage full lifecycle recruitment and talent acquisition in multiple functional areas. This recruiting role manages the candidate experience for both external applicants and employees competitively applying for new internal jobs. As a professional level recruiter, this role requires search expertise in multiple functional areas. This position reports to theHuman Resources Manager.The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
DUTIES:
Manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously including sourcing for multiple requisitions at one time. Functions and hiring disciplines include: trade skills and maintenance, operations, logistics and warehouse, administration and management, contracts, human resources, information technology, business operations, accounting and finance
Adapt to changing business priorities with the flexibility and willingness to support multiple functional areas
Sourcing and hiring candidates throughout the world
Responsible for confirming with hiring manager, project manager and HR Manager that job description is up to date when posting a job
Proficiencies in utilizing job boards, networking, ATS, to find top talent for each requisition
Professionally prescreening and presenting highly qualified candidates to hiring managers
Inform job applicants of details such as: duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
Maintains a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives
Ability to maintain professional composure in all situations and work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/EXPERIENCE:Experience in international recruiting and placing highly qualified candidates in remote areas
Experience recruiting international personnel from outside US and from third world countries.
Ability to successfully multi-task and respond to deadline-driven goals
Three plus years of corporate recruiting or a mix of staffing agency recruiting, to include full life-cycle recruiting
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such an MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology; ATS experience, knowledge of OFCCP Rules
REQUIRED:
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, or similar disciplines is preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered if candidate can effectively demonstrate progressively responsible experience with a minimum of six years in recruiting.
Security Vetting: Must obtain a favorable RSO certification as required by the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required security level for the duration of the contract.
Language Skills: Strong professional English communication skills, both oral and written.
Citizenship: US Citizenship is not required for this position.
Medical: Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination

Relevant overseas recruiting experience
Experience working with PAE
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of ALL principles and processes involved in HR recruiting functions at a large-scale overseas facility
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
Excellent organizational and time management skill
Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team
Must have the ability to be innovative and be an agent for change
Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information
