Role Responsibility:
Assume primary responsibility for structuring and executing major operational and strategic initiatives; developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations department.
Indentify, structure, and act on a variety of new business opportunities, including the expansion of existing lines of business as well as the creation of new businesses
Develop and maintain relationships with leaders of key industry associations and industry associated vendors.
Oversees the recruitment and hiring of personnel. Assists senior management in the development and maintenance of job descriptions. Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Develop and define key metrics and reporting systems, and facilitate data reviews and performance analysis to gauge execution and adjust sales strategy.
Work with Senior management to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Asia business unit
Manage key vendor relationship
Oversee the management of regional tradeshows
Communication
Position will interact with customers, prospects and all levels of management
Position will interact with overseas partners and vendors
