Location: International - Afghanistan
Coorinates and develops plans to construct, deconstruct, repair buildings, utilities, force protection emplacements, and related real property. Advise and assist unitls in the development of applicable plans and estimates associated with basing de-scoping requirements.
Required qualifications are: Bachelor's degree in enigneering, construction managment, or demonstrated combination of 8 years of education/training and experience, 7 years related experience in a construction environment, prior experience in setup and management of information control systems to track and manage requests for information, drawings and specifications. Secret Clearance a must.
