Requirements:
•Tactful, calm,professional manner with all whom he/she comes in contact with
•Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
•Maintaining open lines of communication with team members, management and clients even when not officially on duty is essential
•Strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving and interpersonal skills a must •Proven organizational, multi-tasking, supervisory and time management skills
•Detail-oriented , highly productive, customer service-centric work ethic
•Willingness to undergo a background search and random drug and alcohol testing •Basic computer skills
•Must be a pro-active self-motivator who is able to think and act independently within set guidelines
Successful candidates must demonstrate a solid work history that incorporates the areas described above. An individual who has worked in the areas of law enforcement command, military command, fire department command or private security management is
highly desired for this position.
